Cyber Security Operations Lead Location: Ireland Full-Time | €70,000 - €90,000

A rapidly growing technology services organisation supporting large-scale digital platforms is expanding its security operations capability and is seeking someone who can take ownership of day-to-day SOC activity while helping develop wider incident response maturity. This position focuses on leading analysts, shaping operational processes, and ensuring that security events are handled effectively and consistently.

You’ll work closely with engineering and service delivery teams, guiding investigations, improving detection workflows, and supporting ongoing improvements across tooling and procedures. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with exposure to high-traffic environments often associated with major online platforms.
