Job summary

State Street is seeking a Cybersecurity Fusion Operations Analyst to join our security team in Quincy, with primarily office-based work and some flex arrangements. You will support tabletop exercise design, incident response coordination, and threat intelligence collaboration to strengthen our fusion model and protect clients.

You will collect and analyze security metrics, build dashboards, and help automate reporting while contributing to playbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a cybersecurity-related field.
• +2 years in a cybersecurity role such as Security Operations or Threat Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate exercises for tabletop programs using threat intelligence.
• Facilitate exercises, produce after-action reports and track lessons learned to closure.
• Participate in internal and industry-led exercises; capture observations and feed improvements to playbooks and solutions.
• Collect, validate and analyze security metrics across multiple sources; identify trends.
• Build recurring reporting and dashboards; translate data into findings for technical and senior audiences.
• Assist in automating metric collection to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, playbooks and knowledge base.
• Document services and owners in the service catalog; track metrics per service.
• Support cross-functional task forces to address gaps and drive initiatives.
