Working in the Customer Service department, you will be part of a friendly & successful team who deliver a personal service by educating and supporting customers, jobseekers and colleagues to build trust and achieve positive results.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide client support via email, telephone and live chat.
  • Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions on Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success e.g. consultation on job postings
  • Coach customers to be product experts so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years’ experience in a desk-based customer service role
  • A technical thinker who enjoys deep-diving into a bug or issue
  • Independent thinker with good judgement and who uses their own initiative.
  • A team player who thrives in supporting their fellow Customer Service team members
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
