Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a number of Customer Service and Sales Agents on behalf of our client, based in Dublin 2. This role is initially fully onsite for the training in period, with Hybrid being offered after training has been completed.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a growing customer contact centre team in Dublin City Centre. This is a Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid position offering full paid training and the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive, and people-focused environment.

You’ll play a vital role in assisting customers with a range of services — from membership and insurance enquiries to providing support coordination and product sales. Whether your strengths lie in service, sales, or problem-solving, there’s room for you to shine and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service across phone, email, and webchat channels.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, resolving queries and providing accurate information to customers.
  • Support customers with services such as insurance, membership, and customer assistance, ensuring a professional and friendly experience on every contact.
  • Identify customer needs and promote suitable products and services to meet targets.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately to senior colleagues or supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance the customer experience.
  • Work flexible shifts — typically Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability depending on role rotation.
About You
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role such as Hospitality or Retail
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and take feedback constructively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
  • (For sales-focused roles) A passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • (Desirable) Insurance qualifications such as APA or CIP, or a willingness to work towards them.
