Are you an experienced customer-service professional with strong written communication skills? Our client, a leading private-sector organisation, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to manage email queries from customers and the general public, delivering timely, accurate information and a consistently positive experience. This role suits someone organised, proactive, and confident engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Location: Tallaght
Salary: €38-40,000
Contract: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer emails and redirected queries, responding within SLA.
  • Provide accurate, clear information to customers and service users.
  • Build strong relationships through professional, open communication.
  • Develop strong knowledge of where information sits and how to locate it quickly.
  • Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Take initiative and create positive, engaging customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with your team and support the wider department.
  • Identify proactive solutions to assist customers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to achieving team and departmental performance targets.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven customer-service or customer-support experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience achieving targets or working within SLAs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer-service platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
