A customer service company located in Newbridge, Kildare, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator. The role involves providing high-quality support, managing inbound inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This is a flexible role with options for hybrid work arrangements. We are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role will be primarily based at our Head Office in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. We offer flexible working arrangements, including the option for hybrid work.
As a key member of our customer‑service team, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality support to our customers, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and professionally. Acting as a first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries, you will deliver excellent service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
In addition, you will support the wider administrative functions of the department, including data entry, order processing, updating customer information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer needs.
