Salary: Circa €31,500 | Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Due to explosive growth across Ireland, we're building a world-class customer care team, and we need a passionate Customer Relationship Specialist to join us.

This role is not about reading scripts or simply answering phones. We are looking for genuine people with the emotional intelligence to listen, the curiosity to ask the right questions, and the proactive mindset to deliver solutions that genuinely delight. You are the critical link in our customer journey, transforming potential problems into positive, long-term relationships.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own the Outcome: Handle customer issues, complaints, and complex inquiries from start to finish (phone, email, and internal systems), ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
  • Be the Expert: Serve as the main point of contact for stores and suppliers, coordinating complex resolutions and delivery logistics.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Use your clear communication skills to negotiate commercially fair outcomes with both customers and suppliers.
  • Drive Satisfaction: Proactively arrange and confirm final delivery dates, ensuring our customers get their new furniture on time.
Who we’re looking for:

We need someone dedicated, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives on solving complex puzzles in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

  • Proven IT proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A true customer advocate with a passion for service excellence.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable demeanour.
The Perks of Joining Our Team:
  • Earn More: Uncapped Commission for telesales opportunities.
  • Get the Good Stuff: Generous Staff Discount.
  • Flexibility: Enhanced Maternity/Paternity Leave.
  • Extra Time Off: Smoke Break Exchange - earn 1 extra day of annual leave.
  • Security: Length of Service Awards and On-site Parking.
