Job summary

Hiney's Londis Crossmolina is seeking full-time Sales Assistants for the shop floor. Training will be provided to operate efficiently, hygienically and deliver high customer satisfaction with excellent service and products.

Key duties include handling tills, stock ordering, deliveries, stock room organisation, shelf displays and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Good customer care skills.
• Knowledge of operating a till.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Be vigilant to prevent loss of stock and waste.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computerised till system and barcode scanner.
• Accept deliveries and report shortages.
• Arrange and rotate stock on shop floor and stock room.
• Stock shelves and create displays.
• Keep shop and store tidy and free from clutter.
