Job summary

Aldi in Ireland is seeking friendly, customer-focused staff to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, operate tills, and keep the store welcoming.

Shifts can start early and finish late; 25 hours per week with potential extra hours. We provide training, competitive pay with pay rises, 4 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays, wellbeing discounts, and family leave after one year.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
