Job summary

Boots in Ireland is looking for a friendly Customer Assistant to join our team onsite. You’ll help customers on tills, advise on products, and support store operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

No prior retail experience is required as full training is provided. We value effective communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with benefits including staff discounts and a flexible benefits scheme.

Qualifications

• Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; listen, answer questions and give great advice on Boots products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to provide more information to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring products are displayed well, providing frontline service on tills, and assisting with stock in stock rooms.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
