Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking a reliable CSSD Operative to join our healthcare support team in Dublin 18. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to infection prevention practices.

Responsibilities include cleaning and decontaminating instruments, preparing sets for sterilisation, and maintaining accurate records while working with the surgical and clinical teams in Dublin 18.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or Health Services Skills (or equivalent).
• Must be currently resident in Ireland and have valid immigration status.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting and provide international police clearance if they have lived outside Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and decontaminating reusable medical and surgical instruments.
• Inspecting instruments to ensure they are clean, safe and in good working condition.
• Assembling, packing and preparing instrument sets for sterilisation.
• Operating sterilisation equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records and following infection prevention and control guidelines.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures and working effectively as part of a team.

Education

QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support/Health Services Skills or equivalent
