Job summary

You will gain exposure to Accounts Receivable and Credit Control within a high-standard internal controls environment, supporting UK and European bases and collaborating with operations management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with SAGE 200 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out debt collection activities in line with company policies and maintain records of follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver weekly credit management reports highlighting outstanding balances and risks.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet weekly KPI targets and support debt recovery initiatives.
• Support dunning processes including reminders and escalations.
