Job Description Summary

Essential Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding balances.
  • Communicate through phone, email, and chat to support customers and respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Listen to customers’ financial situations and offer appropriate payment solutions.
  • Negotiate payment plans that align with company policy, regulatory requirements, and customers’ ability to pay.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment agreements in the system.
