Legacy Communications is seeking a passionate Content Creator and Social Media Brand Executive to join our growing agency in a hybrid role in Ireland. You will manage client social channels end-to-end, craft compelling content, and shape social strategies across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in social media management and content creation, agency experience, exceptional copywriting, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media management & content creation experience.
• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Full understanding of all social media platforms and current trends.
• Ability to work independently, with or without AI-generated content or automated tools.
• Proven social media capabilities with successful campaigns and award-winning content.
• Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
• Collaborative with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage client social accounts from strategy through content, scheduling and reporting across platforms.
• Create and capture content across video and static formats, including on-location shoots and editing.
• Deliver engaging content with strong writing and creativity.
• Develop and implement social media strategies for internal and client campaigns.
• Research trends and plan content strategies for campaigns.
• Use Canva and CapCut (or similar) effectively.
• Collaborate with teammates on multi-channel campaigns and integrate with broader marketing.
• Maintain client-facing communications and relationships.
• Identify influencers, perform outreach and manage relationships.
• Monitor media and industry trends; track competitor activity.
