You'll work with a passionate team, ensure HACCP standards, manage stock and costs, and help train staff to uphold Centra’s high food standards. A dedicated, creative, and customer-focused chef will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in fresh food and food preparation.
• Experience achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Fully trained in HACCP and food safety.
• Stocktaking experience.
• Passion for the food industry; creative with fresh offering.
• Customer-focused with ability to build loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare and display food throughout the day.
• Finish all orders to the highest standard.
• Support smooth running of food production operations.
• Carry out stock takes and assist cost/portion control.
• Assist in induction, training, and development of staff in food production.
