Job summary

Centric Mental Health is seeking a fully accredited counsellor/psychotherapist to join our corporate wellbeing team in Dublin. The role involves one-to-one wellness check-ins, mental health support and group psycho-education, with opportunities to learn business management, note-taking, crisis intervention and collaboration with senior clinicians.

Working Fridays (6.30am-3pm) on a permanent basis, you’ll join a friendly multidisciplinary team with clinical and admin support, in a role that

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in psychotherapy with post-qualification experience.
• Master’s degree in Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychology.
• Fully chartered member of PSI or fully accredited with IACP/IICP/IAHIP/APCP/ICP.
• 3+ years of clinical experience (post grad).
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Fluent English Level B2 Advanced required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a general consultative capacity within a corporate setting using a preventative psycho-educational approach with individuals and groups.
• Innovate and contribute to development of services to promote psychological well-being of service users.
• Communicate effectively and cooperate with team members and others.
• Work within limits of professional competence in line with best practice and clinical governance.
• Refer clients to appropriate services as necessary.
• Keep up to date with CPD and evidence-based practice in clinical work.
• Draft client notes, reports and statistics as per company policy, using a client management system.
