The Role:
- Deliver executive-level support to Senior Partners and other allocated fee earners, anticipating needs and enabling focus on client and management responsibilities.
- Manage inboxes, diaries, and schedules, including coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones.
- Organise and optimise complex travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, client packs, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business development material, including research and briefing notes for client meetings.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion at all times.
- Support billing processes, including time entry and invoice preparation (experience in commercial billing is essential).
- Manage expenses and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Produce high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Office, following house style and professional standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business and provide cover within the wider PA team when needed.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
The Candidate:
- Significant experience in a senior-level PA or secretarial role, supporting senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with proven ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, using initiative with a calm and methodical approach.
- Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexible and collaborative, with a willingness to assist across the wider team.
- Proactive approach to personal development, seeking opportunities to improve processes and skills.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
