Link Personnel are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Partners and senior fee earners in this Top Tier Firm. This is a pivotal role requiring precision, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Call Orla on for details

The Role:
  • Deliver executive-level support to Senior Partners and other allocated fee earners, anticipating needs and enabling focus on client and management responsibilities.
  • Manage inboxes, diaries, and schedules, including coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones.
  • Organise and optimise complex travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, client packs, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business development material, including research and briefing notes for client meetings.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion at all times.
  • Support billing processes, including time entry and invoice preparation (experience in commercial billing is essential).
  • Manage expenses and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
  • Produce high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Office, following house style and professional standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business and provide cover within the wider PA team when needed.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
The Candidate:

  • Highly organised, with proven ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of tasks.
