Job summary

Nuffield Health in Dublin is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor to lead circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments, and deliver personalised wellbeing plans to corporate members. You will supervise the gym floor and deliver exceptional customer service across personal training and payments.

The role requires REPs Level 3 qualification or CIMSPA registration, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to helping members achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• REPs level 3 qualified or CIMSPA registered
• Strong background in corporate or commercial fitness
• Ability to teach circuit-based classes and deliver fitness assessments
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation

Responsibilities

• Supervise fitness floor and wellbeing plans
• Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes
• Provide great customer service from personal training to payments
• Ensure members are assessed and inducted before use of facilities
• Support members with training and lifestyle advice
• Assist Programme Manager to deliver a great experience
