This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with corporate finance transactions, supporting mergers and acquisitions, conducting market research, and preparing client deliverables. A degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Strong interest in corporate finance, transactions, and advisory work. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with financial modelling is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
