Responsibilities

• Learn financial modelling and how to prepare a business for sale, going to market, and running an auction.
• Assist with coordinating due diligence processes and tax structuring the closing.

• Contribute to deal execution across a wide range of sectors, nationally and internationally.

The Position

Forvis Mazars Corporate Finance team advise clients on trade sales, private equity rounds, venture capital and management buy-outs. We have a wealth of experience on winning, executing and completing deals across a wide variety of sectors both nationally and internationally. As a Forvis Mazars Associate, you will work side by side with Managers, Directors and Partners on all aspects of a transaction. You will be equipped with the technical skills to shape you into a leading professional in your field and learn from people with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. You will learn financial modelling, how to prepare a business for sale, going to market, running an auction, running the due diligence process, coordinating legal due diligence, tax structuring the closing process and much more.
