Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: From €30,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Position Overview

Toolforce is seeking a skilled and strategic Copywriter / Website Content Creator to join our team based at our Ballybofey office. In this role, you will take ownership of our digital content strategy and e-commerce presentation. You will be responsible for managing high-quality product listings, driving organic growth through targeted SEO optimization, and designing professional digital assets. The ideal candidate will combine commercial writing expertise with a strong design aesthetic to elevate our online presence and enhance the digital customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Content Management: Author clear, engaging, and accurate product copy and manage comprehensive product listings on our website.
• SEO Strategy & Optimization: Implement SEO best practices across the site and individual product pages to improve search rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
• Digital Design: Utilize Canva to design and produce professional creative assets for the website homepage, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels.
• User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Routinely audit the website to identify friction points and execute improvements that optimise the online customer experience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all written and visual content aligns seamlessly with the Toolforce brand identity and commercial objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in copywriting, e-commerce content creation, or digital marketing.
• Design Proficiency: Demonstrated graphic design capabilities with advanced proficiency in Canva.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of on-page SEO principles and digital marketing metrics.
• Platform Knowledge: Prior experience with BigCommerce is highly advantageous, though not essential.
• Key Competencies: Exceptional written communication skills, rigorous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to optimizing web performance.
