This is a very unique role. You will be provided with three months of immersive operational training. Your primary responsibility will be to execute, infrequent, high-stress, business/time-critical situations calmly and effectively. The operator will develop and improve operational protocol for execution on multiple programs. You will become an expert in executing dispatch requests by Transmission System Operators will develop an understanding of the issues surrounding grid constraints, load curtailment, frequency regulation and emergency backup generation.
