Job summary

Spectrum Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our AHP team as a fixed-term contractor across our North Dublin clinic network. Start immediately, engagements range from one to five months with potential extension.

You will manage referrals for adults and/or paediatric clients across multiple clinics and ensure thorough documentation. The role requires CORU registration, AOTI membership and solid experience in functional assessments and reporting.

Qualifications

• CORU-registered Occupational Therapist with full registration.
• Full, current membership of Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI).
• Minimum 12 months of clinical experience with paediatric and/or adult populations.
• Experience completing functional assessments and producing high-quality clinical reports.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for adult and paediatric clients across clinics.
• Assess ADL needs and seating, mobility, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare Housing Adaptation Grant reports and related documentation.
• Complete all clinical documentation and reports with high quality.
• Deliver services in line with professional standards, evidence-based practice and governance.
