Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for a QC Lab Support Supervisor for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Sligo. This contract position entails providing an effective testing and analytical service to ensure products meet specifications on time and plant quality and safety goals are achieved.

The role requires ensuring raw materials, in-process and finished product testing is conducted per schedule, maintaining records to required standards, and coaching analysts to ensure right first time.

Qualifications

• : Minimum 4 years analytical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• : Must be expert in HPLC and GC.
• : Strong knowledge on regulatory requirements.
• : Proficient in using analytical equipment in the QC lab.
• : Responsible for the presentation of data to stakeholders to ensure prompt decisions on deviations within the QC Lab.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Laboratory Documentation and Computerized Systems compliance with Data Integrity policies and regulatory requirements.
• Understand Regulations and business processes required to maintain Laboratory Data Integrity.
• Coach analysts and improve test execution performance.
• Improve overall efficiency and velocity within the team.
• Maintain schedules and recovery paths to align with plant requirements.
• Identify weaknesses in laboratory performance and work with the laboratory manager to rectify.
• Act as designee for the Laboratory Supervisor as assigned.
• Instill a quality culture of Zero, Believe it, Achieve it among the QC laboratory team.
• Execute and/or support projects as assigned by the laboratory manager.
• Develop and update in-house laboratory procedures as appropriate.
