Job summary

Sodexo in Dublin is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two higher education buildings.

Reporting to the Contract Director, you will own day-to-day operations of hard and soft FM, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure service quality, compliance and client satisfaction. The role includes stakeholder management and driving financial efficiency.

Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional looking to take the next step in your career? Sodexo is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two higher education buildings in Dublin.

Reporting to the Contract Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of both hard and soft FM services, leading multidisciplinary teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, financial performance and client satisfaction.

✔ Operational Leadership: Oversee the delivery of services, including hard and soft services.
✔ Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service partners, and key stakeholders.
✔ Team Management: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring motivation, performance, and professional growth.
✔ Financial & Budget Control: Manage budgets, optimise expenditures, and drive financial efficiency.
✔ Compliance & Safety: Ensure full legislative compliance, manage safety procedures, and uphold best practices in health & safety.
