Responsibilities

• Provide training on CI tools and techniques.
• Support data collection for CI activities.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis for departmental KPI gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvements.
• Train colleagues on CI tools and standards.

Skills

CI and high-performance work systems experience

Strong facilitation and communication skills
