Job summary

Bright Software Group is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to lead content across web, blog, social media, email, and video. You will align content with marketing campaigns and measurable business outcomes, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

You’ll plan, create, and optimise content, ensuring a consistent brand voice while leveraging SEO and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research and drafting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a content marketing or digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different channels and audiences.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
• Experience with content performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or similar.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of content workflows with strong editorial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned to objectives.
• Create content across formats—blog, website, social media, emails, video scripts, infographics.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across channels.
• Research industry trends and audience needs to inform content direction.
