Job summary

Construction Site Manager Wexford

Glenman Corporation Ltd is a progressive Civil Engineering and Building Contractor operating in Ireland and the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Wexford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an office fit-out project in Wexford. This role is offered on an initial six-month contract, with a view to extension for the right candidate.

Requirements
  • Third Level Degree in Engineering/ Construction Management
  • Candidates must have a minimum five years’ experience in a site management role
  • Experience in commercial/fitout projects is an advantage
  • Programme the works and maintain the programme on site
  • Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
  • Liaise with clients, the design team and inspectors as required
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports, site diaries, and safety documentation
  • Ensure that quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety, Building Regulations
