Job summary

Design Build Search is seeking a Quality Advisor for a major commercial construction project in Limerick. Reporting to the project manager, you will develop QA/QC documents, oversee inspections, ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards, and coordinate with procurement and site teams.

The ideal candidate has a third-level engineering qualification, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven ability to develop QA/QC documents and inspection regimes.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage QA/QC documents, certificates, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Lead inspection schedules and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Review materials quality on site and coordinate with procurement and project teams.
• Support training to raise awareness of quality standards.
• Coordinate client audits and site inspections.
• Prepare monthly quality performance reports.
