We are recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join our Clients expanding team Nationwide

Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction project management, engineering, or site management.
  • Experience in bespoke structural steel projects is an advantage.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery, including design, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, safety, and quality standards.
  • Skilled in project management software and setting-out equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction projects nationwide from initiation to completion.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve design or execution issues.
  • Manage contracts, costs, and payments to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Produce and maintain project programmes to achieve delivery targets.
  • Lead and motivate teams to foster collaboration and achieve project goals.
  • Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
