Sacyr UK and Ireland is delivering the Dublin Airport West Apron Vehicle Underpass project. We seek a Construction Engineer – Utilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver utilities on a major infrastructure site, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to programme and budget.
You will lead on‑site utilities works, liaise with designers and authorities, and manage interfaces with live services while maintaining accurate records and supporting commissioning and handover.

The Construction Engineer – Utilities will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering utility works on a major infrastructure project at Dublin Airport. The role requires ensuring that both underground and above-ground services are installed safely, accurately, and in compliance with design specifications, statutory regulations, and airport operational standards. Reporting to the Site Agent – Utilities, will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage on-site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure that works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
