Job summary

You will focus on driving sales, maintaining high visual and stock standards, and coordinating rostering and attendance.

The role requires proven retail leadership, the ability to motivate staff, and flexibility to work weekends and long retail hours.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience is a must.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time-keeping skills.
• Hands-on approach with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Flexibility to work weekends and retail trading hours is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the concession.
• Deliver truly outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Motivate, coach and develop the team.
• Manage stock, merchandising and visual standards.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, including rostering, ensuring adequate staffing levels, monitoring attendance, punctuality and holiday requests.
• Ensure the concession is always maintained to the highest standards.
• Actively communicate with your team, other stores and Senior Management.
