Please note: This role will be site-based in Dublin and will require regular travel to Belfast and Runcorn.

This role is site based and responsible for leading Compliance, Risk, and Health & Safety strategy and standards management across Diageo's European Logistics operations. It covers multiple geographies, including the St. James's Gate, Baileys, and Little Connel sites in Dublin, Runcorn in the UK, Belfast in Northern Ireland, as well as various locations across Europe depending on business needs.
As a key member of the Primary Logistics Leadership Team, the Compliance & Health and Safety Manager will be based at our St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin and play an active role in Crisis Management teams where required. This position is pivotal in ensuring adherence to best practices within our onsite 3PL operations and across all logistics activities throughout the UK and Europe.
The role works in close partnership with Category Teams, Logistics Contract Managers, and other H&S Managers across Global Brand Supply to standardise processes, manage risks, drive compliance, and maintain a safe, high-performing working environment. This is a critical role in supporting Diageo's ambition to be the most trusted consumer goods company in the world.
