Job summary

Payward is seeking a Compliance professional to support the Head of Compliance in asset approvals, AML/CFT framework maintenance, and regulatory monitoring across global crypto activities. The role involves handling policy inventories, regulatory inquiries, and reporting to committees.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance roles, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for crypto. This is a full-time position based in Ireland with strict attention to regulatory detail.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Compliance and AML/CFT plans with precision and speed.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and key stakeholder relationships.
• Practical knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT management techniques.
• Experience and/or passion for crypto preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• 5+ years in Compliance related business functions.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international crypto regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance in approving assets and ensuring Asset Listing aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the policies and procedures inventory.
• Oversee the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Manage the correspondence log and reg scanning feeds.
• Assist in preparing reports for Committee and Board meetings on compliance matters.
• Assist in delivering the annual Training Plan.
• Assist in maintaining AML/CFT Framework.
• Collaborate on horizon scanning and new regulatory requirements.
• Support ongoing regulatory compliance across applicable requirements.
• Assist in managing regulatory inquiries and exams, including document/data retrieval.
• Seek efficiencies and process improvements.

The opportunity

• Support the Head of Compliance in approving assets, including ensuring the Asset Listing process is operating in line with regulatory requirements and that assets are listed correctly
• Manage the policies and procedures inventory
• Oversee the delivery of PGSL's Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Manage the CBI correspondence log and associated reg scanning feeds
• Assist in preparing reports for Committee and Board meetings on compliance matters
• Assist in the delivery of the annual PGSL Training Plan
• Assist in the maintenance of PGSL's AML/CFT Framework
• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance on horizon scanning and the implementation of new regulatory requirements as they arise
• Support ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
• Assist in managing regulatory inquiries and exams, including document and data retrieval
• Continually seek out and implement efficiencies and process improvements

What you bring
