Ethos Care is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a welcoming nursing home setting in Ireland. You will lead by example, promoting residents’ physical, emotional and social needs while upholding clinical standards.

The ideal candidate is a Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN, living in Ireland and eligible to work. Experience in elderly care is desirable; HIQA knowledge is advantageous, with a flexible 7-day roster and supportive team

Qualifikationen

• Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN.
• Experience in nursing home or older persons' care desirable.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care practices is advantageous.
• Excellent clinical, communication and documentation skills.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends across a 7-day roster.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent nursing care while promoting residents' dignity, independence and respect.
• Support, mentor and supervise healthcare assistants and care staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Assist with audits, inspections and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
• Contribute to a positive, safe and person-centred care environment.
