Job summary

Orwell Healthcare in Rathgar, Dublin 6, is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated care team to support residents with daily living in a warm, homely environment.

You will work closely with the Nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, promoting dignity and independence for residents. QQI Level 5 in Healthcare and good English are preferred, with flexibility for day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
• Genuine passion for working in healthcare and providing person-centred care.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Healthcare Assistants under the Nursing team.
• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents to support independence, privacy and dignity.
• Promote a caring environment with high professional standards and confidentiality.
• Assist residents with daily living while ensuring safety and respect.
• Support residents at outside clinics or appointments as needed.
