Silver Stream Healthcare Group is seeking Health Care Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in our Irish nursing homes. You will implement tailored care plans, support daily activities, and promote a safe, respectful environment in partnership with the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a nursing home is preferred.
• FETAC Level 5 in Care of the Elderly preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
• Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents' preferences and needs.
