Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, and support across end-of-life and dementia care. QQI Level 5 training is preferred, transport can be advantageous, and induction will be provided.

• Personal experience and willingness to work towards QQI Level 5.

• Having your own transport for this role is an advantage.
