Job summary

Westcare Homecare Ltd in Ireland is seeking carers to provide compassionate in-home care across Clones, Ballybay, Castleblaney, Carrickmacross and surrounding areas. You will support clients with daily tasks, mobility and companionship while promoting independence. This role offers flexible hours, paid mileage and training.

A full Irish driving licence and access to a car help you reach clients in your local community. No previous care experience is required, and you’ll be supported to grow.

Qualifications

• Full Irish driving licence & access to a car.
• QQI Level 5 or equivalent of QQI.
• A caring, reliable and positive attitude.
• Experience in care is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily tasks (washing, dressing, meals).
• Support mobility and independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Help create a safe, comfortable home environment.
