Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Children's Nurses to join our Roscommon home care team. You will provide personalised, one-to-one care to children with complex needs in their own homes, supported by a nurse-led organisation that values quality care.

Location: Boyle, Roscommon. Night shifts available with a €1,000 sign-on bonus after 500 hours. Eligible nurses receive excellent pay and benefits, with ongoing clinical support and career development.

Qualifications

Current NMBI registration (RCN, RGN or RNID)
Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience
Up-to-date mandatory training per NMBI requirements
Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship
Genuine commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centred, one-to-one care

Responsibilities

Provide personalised, one-to-one care to children with complex needs at the child’s home
Collaborate with BAYADA’s clinical team to deliver high-quality care
Ensure safe, compliant nursing practice in a home care setting

We are currently recruiting compassionate and experienced RCN, RGN and RNID nurses to provide personalised, one-to-one care to children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.
