Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for elderly patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
  • Conduct home visits to assess living environments.
  • Deliver therapeutic group sessions and activities.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on coping strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records.

Skills

Degree in Occupational Therapy
