Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care Ireland in Roscommon invites qualified paediatric nurses to provide in-home, child-centred care for a young boy with complex needs.

The role offers part-time day shifts, flexible hours across Monday to Saturday, full training, paid shadow shifts and ongoing clinical support from a dedicated team.

Current NMBI registration and at least 1 year paediatric or acute care experience are required to join a compassionate, patient-first care team.

• Paediatric care experience and clinical skills.
• Ability to deliver in-home nursing with compassion and professionalism.
• Ability to work autonomously in a home care setting in Ireland.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for Paediatric Nurses, Community Nurses, RGNs, or RNIDs with paediatric experience who want to provide meaningful, child-centred care in the community.

Role details

• Hours: Part-time
• Shifts: Day shifts available across two clients, including9am-3pm, 12pm-6pm and 9am-4pm
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Hours: Up to 24 hours available
• Location: Roscommon

Requirements

• Current NMBI registration - RCN, RGN, or RNID
• Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship
• Commitment to compassionate, personalised care
