You will contribute to health and safety, cleanliness, and the general upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds. Duties include moving furniture, setting up rooms for meetings, cleaning, reception cover, monitoring entry and car-park activity, light maintenance, and painting

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; accredited training provided.
• Must be reliable with good time-keeping and able to work as part of a team.
• Interest in working in a community setting and willingness to undertake required training.

Responsibilities

• Moving furniture and setting up rooms as per weekly schedules.
• Setting up tables, chairs and equipment for meetings and groups.
• Restacking equipment after use and ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings.
• Cleaning duties including vacuuming and bin emptying.
• Directing groups and visitors to rooms and providing reception cover.
• Monitor reception area and entry to the building and car-park activity.
• Light maintenance tasks and painting interior/exterior.
• Provide general assistance around the Centre as required.
