Job summary

Summerhill CE Group CLG is offering a developmental opportunity for a community centre caretaker. No previous experience is required, and accredited training will be provided to support your career.

You will be responsible for general caretaking of the Community Centre and grounds, including indoor maintenance of the building and facilities, event preparation, and outdoor upkeep such as weeding, grass cutting, and boundary maintenance to ensure a welcoming facility for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Developmental opportunity with accredited training provided.
• No prior experience necessary to apply.
• Eligibility linked to age and welfare payments as specified.

Responsibilities

• General caretaking of Community Centre and grounds.
• Indoor care and maintenance of Centre building and facilities including upkeep and event prep.
• Outdoor care and maintenance of surrounding area: weeding, litter control, grass cutting, strimming, boundary upkeep and outdoor event prep.
