Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for part-time community-based home care in Tipperary. The role involves delivering safe, person-centred nursing within clients’ homes and collaborating with a nurse-led team and local supervision.

You will provide evidence-based care, follow care plans, and work within NMBI guidelines, with a starting bonus and diverse shift options to support flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on live register of NMBI.
• Community based nursing experience desirable but not essential as training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the client’s care plans.
• Prioritise the needs and comforts of the adult.
• Work closely with family members.
• Promote the client as an individual with kindness and respect.
• Be committed to the care and concern of the client.
• Work within the Scope of Practice NMBI (2015).
• Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives (2015).
