Job summary

Corlann in Waterford is hiring a permanent part-time Community Access Facilitator (Supervisor/Instructor Grade) to join the Day Services team. The role focuses on supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives, within the New Directions framework, and to participate in mainstream opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have QQI Level 5 or an equivalent health care qualification, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in day services for people with intellectual disability.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-produced, person-centred plans with ambition and possibility.
• Support access to education, work and civic life for the person served.
