The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory updates and guidance are effectively communicated to members and stakeholders, in line with broader organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and edit regulatory content including practice notes, circulars, reports, and web updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and accessibility
  • Coordinate engagement activities such as webinars, consultations, and briefings
  • Translate complex regulatory and legal information into plain, accurate language
  • Maintain editorial calendars and monitor content accuracy and relevance
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal and external audiences
  • Support regulatory projects and assist with research as required
  • Contribute to performance evaluation and continuous improvement of communications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in communications, editorial, marketing, or regulatory roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for varied audiences
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and campaign planning
  • Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining legal accuracy
