Diamond Chi Takeaway Limited trading as Chef Chi Chinese Takeaway Menu located at Unit 3, Old ESB Office, Shannon Town Centre, Shannon, Co. Clare is now hiring a Commis Chef to join the busy team! Ideal candidate is required to cook authentic Asian dishes, especially Chinese style cuisine (stir-fries, curries, noodles, etc.). The candidate also needs to ensure a high-quality flavour and presentation of the cuisine, and to maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in cooking Asian cuisine and must have previously worked as a Chef specialising in Chinese food for minimum of two years. A related qualification is desired for this role. Salary: €34,000 per year based on 39-hour work week contract. We provide two years contract for this position.
