Job Description

Commis Chef required. Link Brazil Restaurant is currently seeking a full-time Commis Chef to join our team at 3 Rutland Street, Prior's-Land, Limerick, V94 AT27, Ireland (on-site position). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety. Duties include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes; monitoring food and waste control; and ensuring that food hygiene standards are upheld. Additional responsibilities involve keeping the kitchen clean organised, assisting with food preparation and basic cooking under the Chef de Partie; accurately measuring ingredients, stock control and rotation to reduce waste and maintain freshness; and receiving and organising kitchen deliveries.

The position offers a salary of €34,000.00 per year (€16.77 per hour), based on a 39-hour work week.
