Job Description

Chef de Partie required to work at La Crêperie Pierre Grise located at Dalkey, (20 St Patrick’s Rd). Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes, including savory and sweet French crêpes.
  • Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and vibrant kitchen environment.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to bring culinary visions to life.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Contribute to a lively and positive atmosphere in the kitchen.

Salary: €34,000 per annum.

Hours: 39 per week.
